Re: VAF community members, we need your help!

I haven't done this as I get all the notifications about threads I am following. So do I still need to do this?

Re: VAF community members, we need your help!

It will be very helpful if you add us to your whitelist even if you do rec'v our emails. The more VAs who put us on their safe senders list, the better! :)

Re: VAF community members, we need your help!

Okay, I took care of everything, and it is all added to my safe senders list.

I get my emails through my domain mail system (godaddy is my host) - you're in my address book and 'filtered' to a VAF sub-folder. Do I need to do anything else?

Re: VAF community members, we need your help!

That should do it - if you find we're still landing in your junk folder or not being rec'd at all you can always get in touch with GoDaddy or your ISP to let them know [it would mean VAF had been blocked at one level or the other] but that's totally up to you.

We send a LOT of email and many of the smaller ISPs will block us every few months.
Thanks Lily!

Just bumping this as we've heard from a few active members that they stopped receiving their subscription emails - please check your safe senders list to ensure VAF is on there. Also scan your junk mail folder from time to time for any emails that have accidentally landed there.

Thank you!
